SUMMER FOOD PROGRAM
FREE for ALL CHILDREN, age 18 and under
Pickup on Wednesdays in June and July
South Hardin High School Commons
Each child will receive 7 days of breakfast and lunch items to take home and eat throughout the week. Each meal kit will include breakfast and lunch entrees, fruits, juices, vegetables, and a gallon of milk. Meal kits will be a mix of shelf stable, refrigerated, and frozen items, along with a sample menu and simple instructions to properly store and prepare items in your kit.

To help us plan, please complete the following document so we know how many children we may be feeding. An actual sign up for each week will be available closer to the start of the program. You must sign up for every week you want to receive meal kits.
